Legal Disclaimer
Welcome to the dredi.com.au (“the Website”). This Legal Disclaimer outlines important information regarding the use of our telehealth services, online questionnaire, and AI-assisted analysis for men’s health concerns, including erectile dysfunction (ED) and vasectomy referrals. By accessing or using our Website and services, you agree to be bound by this Disclaimer.
1. General Information
The information provided on this Website, including through our online questionnaire and AI-assisted analysis, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for professional medical advice from a registered health practitioner.
Our services are provided by registered health practitioners in accordance with the standards set by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and other applicable Australian laws. All practitioners involved in telehealth consultations are registered with AHPRA, and their registration status can be verified at www.ahpra.gov.au.
2. Telehealth Services
Our telehealth consultations are conducted by registered healt practitioners. Consultations are designed to assess your health concerns, including erectile dysfunction, and may result in prescriptions for medications, referrals to a urologist for procedures such as vasectomy or penile implants, or other recommendations.
Telehealth consultations cost $39.90 and are conducted in compliance with AHPRA’s Guidelines for Telehealth Consultations with Patients and the Medical Board of Australia’s Code of Conduct. Practitioners will obtain your informed consent, verify your identity, and ensure your privacy during consultations. However, telehealth may not be suitable for all medical conditions, and in some cases, an in-person consultation may be required.
Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) rebates are not available for eligible telehealth consultations.
3. Online Questionnaire and AI-Assisted Analysis
Our online questionnaire collects information such as International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) scores, age, weight, height, and relevant risk factors to assist in assessing your health concerns. The free AI-assisted analysis provides a preliminary evaluation based on your responses.
The AI analysis is not a medical diagnosis and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. The AI’s outputs are validated by our registered practitioners before any clinical decisions are made, in line with AHPRA and TGA guidelines. You acknowledge that the AI analysis is an aid to, and not a replacement for, clinical judgment by a qualified health practitioner.
We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the AI analysis but do not guarantee its completeness or suitability for your specific circumstances. You should discuss the results with a registered practitioner during a telehealth consultation.
4. Prescriptions and Referrals
Prescriptions for erectile dysfunction medications or referrals for vasectomy or penile implants are issued at the discretion of our registered practitioners, based on clinical appropriateness and in compliance with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulations and AHPRA standards.
We do not promote or advertise specific therapeutic goods, including prescription medications, in accordance with TGA’s advertising restrictions under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989. Any information provided about medications or procedures is for educational purposes only and does not constitute an advertisement.
If prescribed an unapproved therapeutic good, you will be informed of its status, risks, and benefits, and your consent will be recorded, as required by the TGA’s Special Access Scheme.
5. Privacy and Data Security
We are committed to protecting your personal and health information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Your questionnaire responses, AI analysis results, and consultation records are stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.
For details on how we collect, use, and disclose your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitations and Risks
While we strive to provide high-quality telehealth services, there are inherent limitations and risks, including:
Technical issues, such as internet connectivity problems, that may disrupt consultations.
The inability to perform physical examinations, which may require an in-person visit.
The potential for miscommunication or incomplete information during telehealth consultations.
The risk of errors in AI-assisted analysis, which is mitigated by practitioner oversight but not eliminated.
You acknowledge these limitations and agree to seek in-person medical care if advised by our practitioners or if your condition worsens.
7. Compliance with Australian Regulations
Our services comply with:
AHPRA’s registration and telehealth guidelines, ensuring all practitioners meet professional standards.
TGA’s regulations, including restrictions on advertising therapeutic goods and requirements for prescribing unapproved products.
Medicare’s telehealth requirements for MBS-eligible services.
The Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, which governs professional conduct and patient safety.
We do not use testimonials or patient reviews to promote our services, as prohibited by AHPRA guidelines.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dr Edi’s Mens Health clinic, its practitioners, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, questionnaire, AI analysis, or telehealth services, including but not limited to errors in clinical advice, adverse health outcomes, or technical failures.
